Working great so far : The Holmes Group HCH6150-U Ceramic Tower Heater
I bought this heater last winter and had no problems with it. However, this fall the heater stopped heating on a quarterly basis. I began shopping for someone else brand of heater when I decided to call Holmes to see if there was anything they would do for me, despite not having my receipt.
They very helpfully found me a similar, but newer model heater and shipped it out to me free of charge. They said I could arrange of the one that wasn't working. I'm incredibly impressed by how helpful Holmes was. I will absolutely look for more Holmes products as a succeed of their great customer service and warranty.
